Technical Service
Circle-Prosco prides itself on its
world class technical support. Technical support involves more than
just recommending an off-the-shelf product. It means getting to know
our customers' processes at a deep level, working with our customers
to improve their processes, and always looking for new methods and
technologies. Our service consists of the following
aspects:
Formulation - Our sales and technical service staff will work with you to determine what your process needs are and what we have available. If you have unique or demanding needs, we'll custom formulate a product for you.
Testing - After formulating new product(s) or selecting existing products, we will coat/treat test parts or panels. We can then perform numerous types of testing at our facility, including standard corrosion, humidity, and cleaning tests.
Trials - During a trial, technical service personnel will be on-hand to make sure the process runs well. Often, the person who formulated the product or has significant experience with it at another plant will be present. We run the trials according to your schedule, and we will even help prepare your line.
On-Going Support - After start-up, technical service personnel will visit on a regular basis to ensure that your process runs well. We will provide training for operators and engineers, technical support for process improvement, and troubleshooting for problems.
One Stop Shopping - Circle-Prosco can
recommend pumps, meters, and other control equipment. If desired, we can provide these items directly.
We can even develop automated feed equipment to simplify
process control.
Peace of Mind - If you have a problem anytime, day or night, you can get in touch with a technical service representative. Just call our general office number at (812) 339-3653. After normal business hours, a paging system will guide you through the steps to have someone contacted.
Laboratory Support
Circle-Prosco maintains a full analytical lab to support both product development and customer requests. We can perform such analyses as AAS, FTIR, TGA, HPLC, GC, MS, Detroit Ball Test, DC/EIS, and several others. We also have expanded capabilities through our affiliations with outside labs such as Indiana University, Surface Science Western, Sherry Laboratories, and the like. These relationships give us access to such tests as SEM/EDAX.
