ISO/TS-16949 Certification
Circle-Prosco has achieved certification for ISO/TS-16949
for the development, manufacturing, and support of
metal finishing products. We've been certified since 1998.
However, quality for us means more than certification. Our system ensures quality is built into our products. For critical raw materials, we maintain a cradle-to-grave tracking system. We can quickly identify individual containers of our products and track the lot numbers of the raw materials that went into them. We also perform 100% inspection and testing on all production batches; we maintain this information in a custom-built database to enable charting, troubleshooting, and historical analysis.
We also continuously improve our quality, both internally and with our customers. Our Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) meets regularly to identify issues for improvement within Circle-Prosco. Products development teams oversee the development and advancement of product groups such as aluminum conversion coatings and steel conversion coatings.
Sales and technical service personnel also meet regularly with our customers to identify new opportunities for cost reductions and process enhancements.
